Return Policies



If the reason for your return is our fault such as the item being damaged or a defective product, or if you received the wrong item, and you notify us within 5 Days of the delivery confirmation receipt, we will be more than happy to cover the cost of returning the item as well as provide a full refund including the original shipping costs. The original shipping charges will only be refunded if the item being returned is the only item in the order. If this is the case, please click here to submit a return ticket and we will respond within 24 to 48 hours.

If the reason for your return is anything out of our control, such as you simply no longer have a need for the item anymore and you notify us within 10 Days of the delivery confirmation receipt, we will be more than happy to provide a full refund minus the original shipping costs along with a 25% re-stocking fee. It will also be your responsibility to ship the item back to our warehouse. If you choose to exchange an item under these circumstances; regardless the purchase price you will be responsible for the $8.99 freight costs to ship the exchanged item back to you. Please Note:
  • We do not accept returns and all sales are final for any discounted, or sale items. This also includes items in orders in where a coupon code was used. This is only if the item is not damaged or defective.
  • Once item is returned, allow 7 to 10 business days for refund to appear on your bank statement
  • The returned item must be sent back to us in the original packaging including any paperwork, manuals, or accessories. 
  • All refunds are contingent upon inspection of the returned item and if your returned item is not eligible, we will provide you the option of having the item shipped back to you at your expense.
  • If you are shipping the item back to us, we suggest you do so through a traceable shipping method such as UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation as we are unable to refund a returned item without proof of delivery.
  • If opened or used, by Law we CAN NOT accept returns on make-up, skincare, waxes, eyelashes, eyelash extensions, eyelash extension glue, shears, and other hygiene products.

If the item breaks or malfunctions after 5 Days of the delivery confirmation receipt, we suggest you reach out to the manufacturer to take advantage of the manufacturer warranty. Or if you prefer, we will be more than happy to provide a full refund minus the original shipping costs along with a 25% re-stocking fee. It will also be your responsibility to ship the item back to our warehouse. If this is the case, please click here to submit a return ticket and we will respond within 24 to 48 hours.


Returning Furniture or Salon Equipment

We accept returns on furniture and/or salon equipment only if upon delivery there are manufacturing defects, damages or parts missing. If this is the case, a return ticket must be submitted within 48 hours commencing upon the date of delivery.

Special Orders

We do not accept returns on special orders as they involve the purchasing of a certain volume of units we otherwise would not stock. We provide the customer an opportunity to cancel their purchase before a special order is submitted to the manufacturer.

Hawaii, Alaska, AA, AE, International Returns

Regardless the reason, it will be your responsibility to ship the item back to our warehouse if you are returning an item from an address located outside of the USA's 48 contiguous States. We will not exchange or reship items from an international order. No exceptions. Please refer to the above scenarios regarding your refund options.

In every hair styling tool category you will see a travel & dual voltage sub-category. The tools within this category are manufactured for all type of voltage across the globe. If there is not a travel & dual voltage sub-category we do not stock this type of tool for world wide use.
