My Account
To create a customer account, click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site. You will then enter your email address and select, I am a new customer. Then simply follow the
prompts to complete setting up your customer account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Feel free review our Privacy Policy for more information.
If at any time you need to edit your account information, you can do so in the My Account section.
If you forgot your password, click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site. You will see a link under the log-in box that reads, "Forgot your password? Click here". If you
click that link, an email will be sent with your password to the email address used to create your customer account.
Order Status
Once an order is placed, it will automatically lock. If you need to make an immediate change to the details of your order, please send us an email and well try to get to it before it begins
processing for shipment.
If there is an issue with the order you received such as certain items missing or a product missing parts, please send us an email for further assistance.

In reflection of the industry... at times our inventory can be extremely volatile. We work with numerous salons throughout the Southern California area and the inventory of a specific
product can be depleted before we have a chance to update the status in our online store front. With that said, we usually re-stock inventory every 7-15 business days so the wait on back-ordered
items is usually not too long.
Occasionally we will not have an expected date for a back ordered item to be back in-stock. If this is the case with a back ordered item from your order... you will be notified and we will simply
ship the item to you immediately upon availability unless otherwise requested. You can also request to cancel a back ordered item at anytime if you do not want to wait for it's availability.
Pricing & Billing
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders billed to addresses within the State of California. On orders billed to addresses in any other state
or country, each customer is solely responsible for all sales taxes and/or other taxes.
You can view and print a receipt or invoice by clicking the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site.
It is important to remember, your card will be authorized at the time the order is placed and the payment will be captured at the time of shipment. Regardless the reason, if your bank
statement shows more than what you should be charged, please give it a few days for the correct amount to appear. You can also call your bank or send us an email for further assistance.
During the checkout process you may choose any of following payment options and continue to place your order:

Returns & Shipping
We only ship Monday through Friday and orders placed before 1:00 pm (PST) will be processed for shipment the same day. Any order placed after 1:00 pm (PST) will be processed for
shipment the following day. It may take up to 24-48 hours after processing for your order to leave our warehouse.Within 24-48 hours after shipment, you will receive an email
confirmation with tracking numbers to track your package. Please note that the time-frames described above reflect the availability of the item purchased. If an item from your order is back
ordered, you will be notified within 24-28 hours of when your order was placed. Although we can not guarantee when an item will be back in-stock, we usually re-stock inventory every 7-15 business
days so the wait on back-ordered items is usually not too long.If you would like an estimated time of delivery prior to receiving your tracking number, we suggest you check the sites
of our carriers to correlate the shipping method selected with your order. Click on the appropriate carrier's link below and follow the instructions.
We use only USPS live shipping rates when shipping international. These rates are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add an item to your cart
and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We DO NOT offer free shipping on orders being shipped to an address located outside of the
USA.Once an international order is shipped and tracking numbers are provided we will not be responsible for delivery under any circumstance including shipments that fail to clear
customs. This includes packages destroyed by the carrier due to items being banned from a country. In this case we will not provide any type of refund or exchange. No Exceptions. It is up to our
customers to perform diligence on their country's restrictions of products purchased. We are also not responsible for any possible tax or VAT charges incurred at customs.If an
international order is returned to sender; for any reason, we will refund only the product cost less a 25% re-stocking fee. We will not refund freight charges on returned international shipments.

If an item in your order is back ordered; whether properly marked on our store front or unexpectedly, we may proceed with partial shipping the entire order. Also, depending on the time-frame
of when the back-ordered item is expected to be back in-stock, that item may be canceled from the order upon or after shipment.
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Your package may be shipped an alternative method than what was selected at checkout solely for purposes of delivery efficiency. Such a happening can be
attributed to either the size, weight, volume, and/or type of products within your order. The location of shipping address can also play a factor. This does not include any expedited shipping
method such as overnight or 2 day air.
If we receive a returned package because of an undeliverable address or refused shipment, we will refund only the product cost less a 25% re-stocking fee. If your order qualified for free
shipping, there will be an additional 6% fee deducted from your refund. Unfortunately we can not reship a returned package with an undeliverable address or refused shipment but rather a new order
would have to be placed at our store.

Shopping Support
In consideration of the large amount of different shades we carry along with the inconsistent market demand, our nail polish inventory is extremely volatile. We try to fulfill all
units of polish in each order but at times this can be difficult as stock is never guaranteed. If we know a nail polish from your order is back ordered before shipment we will reach out and provide
the option to either cancel that back ordered shade from your order or switch with a similar shade. We will advise not to hold your entire order as we can not guarantee other currently available
shades will be available by the time the back ordered shade is in-stock.There are times when we are not aware of a back ordered polish until after shipment. In this case we will ship
that back ordered polish when available if that shade is expected to be back in-stock within 15 business days. If we do not have an expected in-stock date we will cancel the back ordered polish
from your order. Please Note... if you order a large amount of a singe shade we may ask if you would be interested in a Special Order with the manufacturer. You can read more about Special Orders below.
If you're placing a large volume order; there is a possibility it will require a 'Special Order' with the manufacturer. In this case you will be notified and given the opportunity to either
proceed with the special order or cancel your order. Special orders can take up to 15-30 business days to arrive at our warehouse and will usually ship within 24-48 hours of it's arrival. Once
confirmed to proceed, special orders can not be canceled or returned as they involve the purchasing of a certain volume of units we otherwise would not stock.
