| Do I have to pay sales tax? | |
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders billed to addresses within the State of California. On orders billed to addresses in any other state or country, each customer is solely responsible for all sales taxes and/or other taxes. |

| How do I get a copy of my receipt or invoice? | |
You can view and print a receipt or invoice by clicking the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site. |

| My bank statement shows I was overcharged. | |
It is important to remember, your card will be authorized at the time the order is placed and the payment will be captured at the time of shipment. Regardless the reason, if your bank statement shows more than what you should be charged, please give it a few days for the correct amount to appear. You can also call your bank or send us an email for further assistance. |
