- Apply a nickle sized amount of shampoo to wet hair and scalp.
- Lather well and smooth evenly in the scalp and then gently drag the lather through to the ends of hair.
- Leave in for 1 to 3 minutes.
- Rinse well.
- Repeat if desired.
