- Apply a quarter sized amount of Philip B. Classic Formula Creme Rinse to your hair.
- Work into your hair thoroughly.
- For normal conditioning:
- Comb through your hair and leave in for 1-3 minutes.
- For deep conditioning:
- Comb through your hair and allow to sit for 20 minutes wrapped in a warm towel
