• Mix: Combine equal parts of the Scalp Scrub and any brand of baking soda or bicarbonate of soda. Use the mixture within 10 minutes of mixing for maximum results.

• Assemble: Baking Soda, Measuring Spoon, Bowl, Soft Scalp brush, Plastic Cap.

• Prepare: Combine equal parts of Scalp Scrub and baking soda (2 Tablespoons each for most scalps). Mix thoroughly until you see a rich, yellow foam.

• Apply: Section hair, apply a little at a time to the scalp with soft scalp brush. Do not brush vigorously. Massage lightly with fingers in a small circular motion.

• Cover: Apply plastic cap. Leave covered for 15-20 minutes. Do not use heat.

• Rinse: Rinse very thoroughly. Follow by shampooing with Uplifting Shampoo, conditioning with Hair Mayonnaise and style hair as usual.
