Loreal, Ineral Hair Fixer is an excellent leave in conditioner and hair repair for ALL types of hair and can be used after a chemical perm relaxer but not after a curly perm. It replaces keratin. A basis structure of hair Strengthens the hair by filling in broken bonds that happens during hair processing. It leaves the hair looking shiney and healthy even after the very first use.
